Kristinehamn is a great place if you like sports. There are several arenas of the highest class: shooting ranges, an indoor arena with artificial grass, new public baths and gym, a pleasant golf course and a popular ice hockey rink to name but some. It is, quite simply, an active social community that often organises events open to all.

Kristinehamn also has forests and open landscapes with a rich birdlife. How about trying an elk safari, riding an Icelandic pony, hiking along a nature trail or pedalling a rail bike?
